Teresa Figueiras
Professor at the University Institute of Maia has a specialization in Swimming, Water Activities and Positive and Sport Psychology. With experience as a High Competition Swimmer, Swimming Coach, Aquatic Activities Trainer and University Teacher, her main interest and line of research is the Positive Development of youth and the promotion of favourable contexts to Youth Sports and Academic Success.
